Musician (Harp, Piano, Organ)

• Perform music during weekly Sunday services, memorial services, and other special events.
• Prepare and play musical selections for meditation times.
• Provide calming music in patient rooms and hospital wards, responding to individual requests.
• Play music in various settings within the medical center, including mental health wards, to promote healing and comfort.
• Be available to perform at services and events with minimal notice when needed.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in playing the harp, piano, or organ.
• Ability to perform a wide range of music, often without sheet music, and to adapt quickly to different styles and settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and connect with patients, families, and staff.
• Experience playing for religious services, including Roman Catholic Mass and Liturgical Protestant services.
• Flexibility in schedule to accommodate last-minute service needs.
