Description
This role is a Patient/customer-oriented position supporting families with the MyChart Children’s Health patient portal.
This position requires individuals to present themselves professionally and in person on-site in any of the Children’s Health locations. The job will entail approaching patient families and helping them sign up for and utilize the MyChart patient portal to receive patient information as well as validating the identity and relationship to the patient to give appropriate access.
