About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Blast Off Bay as a Night Audit for Hampton Inn, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless experience. This position is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about hospitality.

Responsibilities:

Perform nightly audits of hotel transactions and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

Check guests in and out efficiently while providing exceptional customer service.

Monitor hotel security and safety protocols throughout the night.

Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to management.

Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

Utilize hotel management software to manage reservations and billing processes.

Requirements:

Previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit roles preferred.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Proficient in hotel management software and basic accounting principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service.

Compensation: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
