  Bonus: $100 Hiring Bonus after 90 days
  Schedule: 32-40 hours per week. Tuesday & Wednesday Night Audit Overnight 11PM-7AM, +2 or 3 shifts from 3PM-11PM

  What You’ll Do
  
  
  
  
  • 
    
    Work as part of a supportive team to keep the hotel running smoothly
    
    
  
  
  • Answer phones, take reservations, check guest in/out
  
  
  • 
    
    Perform all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company, on a daily basis at 2 AM.
    
    
  
  
  • Help set up breakfast at 4:30A-5:00AM
  
  
  • 
    
    Verify the status of all wake-up call requests and ensure they are properly handled.
    
    
  
  
  • 
    
    Balance all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift.  Make deposits of cash.
    
    
  
  
  • 
    
    Prepare the front office for the 'A' shift and reset day's business.
    
    
  
  
  • 
    
    Act as a Guest Service representative and manager on duty during the nighttime hours.
    
    
  
  
  • 
    
    Attend and actively participate in all front office meetings.
    
    
  
  
  • 
    
    Participate in all training and cross training programs.
    
    
  
  
  • 
    
    Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
    
    
  
  
  • 
    
    Other duties as assigned.
