We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time evening janitor at a surgical center in Albany, specializing in clinic and or terminal cleaning. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible evening work in a professional medical setting.
 

Position Details:

• One position is available: general cleaner
• Location: Albany, OR.
• Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• Start Time: Flexible, after 7:30 PM.
• Requirements: Reliable transportation and a mobile phone

Key Responsibilities:

• cleaning
• trash removal
• vacuuming
• sweeping/mopping floors
• dusting
• thorough restroom cleaning 
• break room cleaning
• stocking inventory

The Ideal Candidate:

• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
• Detail-oriented, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly
• Comfortable working independently and staying focused on tasks
• Able to work efficiently and follow safety protocols, especially in high-standard medical settings

• MUST HAVE: reliable transportation, valid driver's license, car insurance, and cell phone
• This is a physical job, must be able to bend up & down frequently
• must be able to lift 20 lbs. 
• must be able to work with a 10 lbs. backpack vacuum
• must have a great eye for detail cleaning
• must work efficiently 
• must pass a background check
