Night-time Custodian - Recreation/Community Center

NIGHT-TIME CUSTODIAN
RECREATION/COMMUNITY CENTER

The Town of Seabrook is accepting applications for a part-time night-time custodian for the Recreation/Community Center. The position works under the direct supervision of the Director of Recreation.

Job Requirements:
-    Eighteen years of age or older.
-    Desire high school diploma or GED
-    Ability to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods under favorable or extreme weather conditions.
-    Must have knowledge of chemicals and cleaners needed to maintain the building efficiently
-    Must be in good physical condition with the ability to lift 80 lbs. and pass a physical exam and drug screen.
-    Must have a valid driver’s license.

Hours of work: - 15-20 hours per week (evening hours, weekdays and weekends; varies seasonally)
Pay Rate: - $16.137
