Northbrook - Concierge (Part Time)

The shift for this role is two nights a week from 3:30 to 6PM

Our Concierge:

• Assists with greeting residents, team members, residents, and the community.


• Takes calls, schedule meetings and appointments, and other front desk duties as assigned.


• Provides exceptional customer service to our team.


• Performs general administrative tasks (taking messages, routing calls, taking memos/notes.


• Distributes packages, mail, and other deliveries. 


• Maintains office supplies, order new inventory as needed.


• Performs other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

• High school diploma or equivalent education, training and experience.


• At least one year of previous experience in a concierge or similar role preferred. 


• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe suite.


• Demonstrated written and verbal English communication skills.
