Job Summary:
Help at Home Senior Care is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Private In-Home Care Aide to join our award winning team in Placer County, California. We offer flexible hourly schedules, allowing individuals to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors in their community. As a Private In-Home Care Aide, you will provide personalized care and support to seniors in the comfort of their own homes.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a great opportunity to join a reputable award winning and growing company. Our Private In-Home Care Aides will receive a competitive hourly wage of $18 to $21.50 per hour, paid weekly. Responsibilities:

• - Assist seniors with personal care needs 


• - Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management


• - Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences


• - Assist with light housekeeping and laundry tasks


• - Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with seniors


• - Monitor and report any changes in seniors' physical or mental health to the designated supervisor


• - Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities


• - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care services provided

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.


• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with seniors


• Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management


• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences


• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities


• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in caregiving preferred but not required.


• Compassionate and patient demeanor.


• Reliable transportation & valid driver's license.


• Proof of auto insurance with your name listed as a driver and a clean driving record.


• Ability to clear background check and drug screening.


• Dependability and integrity.
