Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurse Assistants (NAs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs). Join our team for a rewarding and fulfilling work experience in the healthcare and medical field. As part of our franchise organization, you will provide essential care and support to elderly clients, assisting them in maintaining their overall well-being and performing daily living activities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on assistance to clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.


• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Closely monitor clients' health and behavior, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.


• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.


• Collaborate effectively with caregivers and healthcare professionals.


• Provide transportation to appointments, events, and run errands as needed.

Requirements:

• Hold a valid certification as a Nurse Assistant (NA) or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Hawaii.


• Preferred previous experience working with seniors, but not required.


• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.


• Pass a satisfactory background check and drug test.


• Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and lifting.
