Weekend Nurse Wanted

Pay - $34.00 per hour

The primary functions of our Nurse are:

• Monitoring care plans


• Wound care


• Diabetic management


• Medication management


• Overall care supervision

We are looking for part-time or on-call nurses on the day shift (8:00am-4:30pm).

Applicants should be:

• Knowledgeable in geriatrics


• Proficient communicators


• Proactive


• Reliable

Minimum qualifications are:

• Current, valid CA nursing license


• Minimum of 12 months experience or equivalent education in the healthcare environment


• Ability to speak English clearly to elderly residents


• Ability to work patiently with cognitively impaired individuals

Employment requirements include:

• current COVID19 vaccination

• TB test


• Fingerprint clearance from the FBI & Dept. of Justice

Nursing positions will work at Elders Inn and Waters Edge Lodge.

Both communities are pet friendly, residents may have animals in their private apartments and dogs are walked through the building.
