 Four Corners Community Behavioral Health, Inc. needs a licensed nurse for a part-time position in an Medically Assisted Treatment program, Operation Recovery, located in Price, Utah. Must have valid Utah LPN or RN license. Hours are early mornings (approximately 5:30 am to 11:00 am) with some flexibility in scheduling and rotating weekends. Looking for availability 3-4 days/week. Nurses are part of a multidisciplinary team that includes therapists, prescribers, case managers and support staff. Nurses work directly with medical and mental health staff in coordinating care for patients. The position involves a wide spectrum of services including administering medications to patients, delivering medication to patients at partner sites, performing vitals, medical assessments, and blood draws on patients. Starting pay for an LPN is $26.48/hr. and an RN is $30.69/hr.; salary depends on experience and licensure.
