Key Responsibilities:  

• Provide or assist residents with ADLs such as but not limited to: bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, oral hygiene, nail care, eating
• Answer all call lights promptly and with a great attitude.
• Assist residents in promoting optimal mobility and independence.
• Follow the residents’ Care Plan or Service Plan, communicate any inaccuracies to the Director.
• Report any changes in residents’ conditions to the Director promptly.
• Complete required documentation in accordance with Community policies and State and/or      Federal regulations.
• Maintain resident’s living area by ensuring that it is clean, neat and orderly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
