Occupational Therapist (Hybrid / Supervision Only)

We’re looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to mentor and support our talented COTAs serving students at a nonpublic school in Sacramento. This hybrid role combines the flexibility of remote work with meaningful in-person connections—just 1–4 visits a month. You’ll provide mentorship, score assessments, write reports, and participate in IEP meetings, helping our students thrive while guiding our COTAs to success. Must be located within 2 hours of Sacramento for monthly on-site visits.

💰 $47.50 - $53.47/hr*
*Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, type of credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

🎯 Expectations:

• Provide therapy and communicate on-going client progress to parents/guardians, general education teachers, school administration, district personnel, and other service professionals via progress reporting and IEPs

Minimum Requirements:

• License / Certification from the state of California in Occupational Therapy
• Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
• Hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (at least 25/50k liability coverage)
• Must clear a current background check through the FBI and DOJ
• A current TB Test
