We are currently looking for a part-time Occupational Therapist to support our Older Adult Home Modification Program. This is a part-time opportunity, up to 14 hours/week.

SUMMARY
The Occupational Therapist will serve as a key member of the Older Adult Home Modification Program (OAHMP) team, responsible for conducting initial and follow-up home assessments for older adults, recommending and documenting home modification interventions, and providing education on installed equipment. This role involves close collaboration with clients, organization staff, and contractors to ensure that all modifications align with grant requirements, agency regulations, and best practices. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, motivated professional committed to supporting older adults in maintaining independence and safety in their homes. The position is funded through January 11, 2028.

COMPENSATION: $83.72/hour, 14 hours/week, grant-funded through March 2028
