Centrex Rehab has an exciting opportunity for a licensed Occupational Therapist to work on-call at Valley Manor Rehab in Montrose and Horizons Care Center in Eckert, Colorado.

This position and location is eligible for:

• Competitive base pay rate at $63 per hour
