Location: Highland, California


Employment Type: Part-Time, On-Site
Compensation: $60/hour

Position Summary


We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our clinical team on a part-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate will assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions that help patients develop, recover, and maintain the skills needed for daily living and working.


Key Responsibilities



  • Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and functional abilities

  • Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services in accordance with best practices

  • Train patients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and adaptive techniques

  • Recommend and fit adaptive equipment and assistive devices

  • Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports accurately

  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams

  • Educate patients and families on therapy strategies and home programs

  • Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards


Qualifications



  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

  • Active California medical license as an Occupational Therapist

  • National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification required

  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred (new graduates considered)

  • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently in an on-site healthcare setting
