Occupational Therapist - Part Time & PRN

Description

HTS is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the therapy team at a senior living community located in Rushville, Indiana. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living populations. This position has options of part time or PRN. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for residents.

- Document progress notes and maintain accurate records.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Indiana.

- Experience in geriatric care preferred but not required.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
