Sunflower Development Center is growing! We are seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapy Manager to join our collaborative, family-centered team. This unique role includes both direct client care and program leadership, with flexible scheduling and hybrid work options available.

About the Role:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to a small caseload of pediatric clients.

• Support and mentor our Occupational Therapy team, including overseeing documentation quality, caseload management, and clinical support.

• Collaborate with our Clinical Director and interdisciplinary team (ABA, Speech, OT) to maintain excellence in client care and compliance.

• Assist with onboarding and supporting new OT staff as our center grows.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in Massachusetts

• At least 2 years of pediatric experience (ABA experience a plus but not required)

• Strong clinical skills and passion for mentoring others

• Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

• Experience supervising COTAs or other OTs is a plus but not required
