Performing both clinical and administrative duties, you will interact with our clinicians, Medical Director and Naturopathic doctors and case managers guiding clients to a brighter future. Primary Responsibilities include:

• Perform office duties associated with preparation of intake/admission packages, scheduling of clients and verification of insurance/billing information.
• Schedule and remind clients of clinical and medical appointments
• Assist with scanning of documents into EHR to ensure completion of client records.
• Assist with preparation of prior authorizations.
• Complete and maintain inventory of supplies utilized in service areas.
• Conduct UDS and hair sample collection in accordance with standard protocols.
• Obtain vitals and assist physician.

Requirements

• Medical office or related experience within clinic/physician/MH setting
• Successful completion of post offer civilian background check and drug screen
• Sound organizational and interpersonal skills.
