Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and independent Office Assistant to support our administrative team with various office tasks. This is a part-time, flexible position perfect for someone looking for a work-life balance and an opportunity to grow within a supportive, family-oriented practice. As the Office Assistant, you will play an essential role in keeping our office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stuffing and organizing envelopes for outgoing mail
   
• Preparing and organizing folders for patient files
   
• Operating the postage machine for outgoing mail
   
• Scanning and digitally filing documents
   
• Ensuring office supplies and documents are properly organized and maintained
   
• Assisting with other general office duties as needed
   

Qualifications:

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
   
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
   
• Strong communication skills
   
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow office protocols
   
• Previous office or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
