Position overview

We are looking for a super organized, hands-on person to help run our office in Midtown TLV.

This is a 50% role — perfect for a student or someone looking to earn extra income alongside another job.

Schedule:

• Mondays in the office (required)
• Tuesdays + one more half day (flexible)

 Main tasks:

• Helping with happy hours & small events
• Vendor coordination & basic admin
• Grocery shopping & restocking
• Coordinating and managing employee gifts (e.g., birthdays, milestones, holidays)
• Managing parking permits
