Office Manager | Orlando, Florida | Part-Time | On Site

What we are looking for:

We are looking for an exceptional Office Manager to join our team at Escape Velocity Entertainment and manage our newly-developed office site in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will support the daily operation, interact with our team both onsite and remotely and make sure all the office related processes are continuously improved and executed. We need a confident, proactive and detail-oriented person who can organize and streamline processes. You will be the face of the office and go-to person in terms of anything connected to our Orlando site. It is important for this role that you have the flexibility to be onsite when required.

This is expected to be part-time job with 40% FTE.

What we will do together:

• Develop relationships with vendors responsible for office support (e.g. cleaning service, maintenance, etc).
• Maintain relationships with the landlord.
• Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies related to office, ensuring all the necessary protocol are being implemented.
• Create, own and maintain office related processes, such as:
• Procurement of office supplies.
• Regular checks on maintenance work.
• Booking of the office space for company events.
• Preparation of company events in the office.
• Maintain inventory for depot for distribution of HW across the US.
• Manage depot of HW located in Orlando office.
• Monitor and review security events and incidents related to Orlando office.

What you will bring:

You will be able to work independently and as part of a team with minimal instruction. You’ll be able to maintain the strictest level of confidentiality and have an eagle eye when it comes to dates, times and details.

• Experience in organizing and site management is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing personality, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience working with Atlassian is a plus.
• Experience with Google Suite and Zoom solutions are preferred.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task, manage priorities & manage workflow.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Good judgment, with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, electronically, or through other means to individuals and groups.
