Preferred Care at Home of East Tennessee is seeking dedicated On Call Personnel to join our team in Knoxville, TN. This role involves providing support and assistance to clients and caregiver as needed. The ideal candidate will be responsive, compassionate, and ready to respond to calls in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to on-call assignments and client needs


• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and care team


• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care notes.

Requirements

• Ability to be available and responsive during on-call shifts evenings, and weekend mornings


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Compassionate attitude and commitment to client well-being


• Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred but not required
