One2One Childcare Coordinator

The One2One Ministry Coordinator provides coordinated care for children with special considerations who attend WC Kids. This person reports to the WC Kids Elementary Pastor.

Schedule

This is a part-time, non-exempt position requiring 3 hours per week. The schedule includes 3 hours on Sundays, approximately 10am-1pm.

Qualifications

Education: Minimum of a high school diploma required.

Experience: Prior experience working with children with special considerations is required. Experience in children's ministry is preferred.

License/Certification: Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.

Specific Abilities: A deep passion for teaching children to know and obey Jesus, and a genuine desire to see both children and their families grow. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

What This Person Does

1. Acts as the primary liaison between families of children with special considerations and WC Kids.


2. Reviews special consideration forms for children in the ministry, working closely with the WC Kids Elementary Pastor.


3. Is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and assigning buddies, as well as leading communication with parents regarding scheduling and behavior concerns.
