One-On-One Direct Care Specialist

We are seeking One-On-One Support Staff (Direct Care Specialists) to work with a foster child between the ages of 3-18 in our group homes located in Glendale. Most of our group homes house sibling groups and a standard cohort. As a One-On-One Direct Care Specialist, you will provide daily care, transportation, and emotional support to the children.

Evening Shift Positions:

As a Direct Care Specialist, you will provide daily care, transportation, enrichment activities, and emotional support to the children. The evening shift also includes cooking for the children, preparing them for their nighttime routine, including medication administration.

Schedule Options:
Monday - Friday from 2:00PM- 9:00PM 

Weekend Saturday - Sunday (8-hour shift or 10-hour shift) 

Pay: 

$20 per hour

REQUIREMENTS BELOW WILL BE VERIFIED. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN NOT MEET THE CRITERIA BELOW:

- Must have at least 1-year verifiable experience working directly with children

- Must be 21 or older

- Must have a VALID AZ driver license with CLEAN 5 Year driving record

- Must have a level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or be eligible to obtain one

- Must have personal vehicle and proof of auto insurance
