Job Summary

The primary purpose of the position is to provide excellent customer service and shopping experience to all guests shopping at WolfPack Outfitters Bookstore.

Pay Rate: $10 per hour

Location: Wolfpack Outfitters in Talley Student Union

Work Schedule: Hours will vary.  Store hours Monday-Friday, 9 am - 6 pm; Saturday & Sunday 10 am - 4 pm.  This position starts January 4, 2025, and goes to mid to end of January 2025.

Essential functions and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Order check In
• Distribution
• Customer Service

• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and customers
• Ability to provide exemplary customer service to every guest
• Ability to accurately handle a high volume of transactions quickly
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to be punctual
• Knowledge of basic computer skills
