We’re hiring an Online Support / Customer Care Assistant in Atlanta. This is a remote, part-time role with flexible daytime hours. Pay: $25–$30/hour. No experience required. Only candidates located in the U.S. will be considered.

Duties:

• Respond to customer messages
• Assist with order issues
• Provide product info
• Track support requests
• Report frequent problems
• Use provided response scripts
• Log support interactions
