Overview:
As a Jeremiah’s Italian Ice opener, you will play a key role in delivering 5-star customer service. Your daily responsibilities will be opening the store, prepping the store for the day, setting tills, taking orders, making orders, preparing Italian Ice, stocking/organizing and cleaning .
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional 5-star customer service to every guest
- Assist with anything the manager needs
- Cash handling
- Fulfill catering orders and working offsite events with manager or shift lead
- Ensure the store meets high standards of cleanliness and organization

Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in quick service, fast casual, or retail environments, or equivalent customer service experience
Skills:
- Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-starter with strong motivation and creativity
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong representation of the brand and commitment to customer satisfaction
Work Schedule:
- Shifts: 6-8-hour shifts with options for day, evening, and night shifts
- Availability: Open availability required; flexibility needed for both opening and closing shifts
