Job Description - Operations and General Manager Tactical Gear Company Part Time

We are looking for a part-time Operations Manager / General Manager. The goal of this position is to free up the President and two managers in their duties to be able for them to focus more on sales, business development, new product development, and production.

We are looking for a mentor who can help us as we grow!

This role offers opportunities for growth and advancement as you gain experience and knowledge of our operations. A strong candidate will be comfortable around firearms, and military gear, and will ideally have a military background.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the President and Managers (production & design) to free up their time.

  • Learn and adapt to our operational procedures, offering input for improvements

  • Support in managing manufacturing processes, including quality control and shipping coordination

  • Assist in HR and Payroll

  • Be open to learning new systems, including software and production workflows

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

  • Contribute to a positive work environment by being a team player and willing to assist wherever needed


Preferred Qualifications:




  • Military veteran or experience in a defense-related field is a significant plus

  • Familiarity with the defense, garment, or tactical gear industry

  • Experience with Quickbooks Online is a significant plus
