Our practice has served the community for over 18 years with established pleasant patient base and excellent patient care in a friendly family-oriented environment. Patients are scheduled every 30 minutes with average of 12-15 patients a day. The office is located on a stand alone building with very few walk-ins that may interrupt the work flow. The practice sees mostly general comprehensive eye exams, occasional medical visits, contact lens fitting, and myopia management. Now it's a great opportunity to join our team!

Requirements

Previous retail experience preferred

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

A team player

Multitasking and time-management skills

Professional attitude and appearance

Responsibilities

Present with friendly, positive customer service by creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers

Assist with phone calls and patient work-ups

Strong selling skills with high bonus structure offered

Able to prescribe glasses and contact lenses sales with different insurance plans-willing to train

Assist with dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses to customers

Educate clients on proper eyeglasses and contact lens care

Verify insurance benefits

Compensation: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
