Crystal Vision Clinic, a privately owned, fast-paced, and growing optometry practice located in the western suburbs of Minneapolis, MN, is looking for an OD to join our team 24 - 32 hours per week. Established over 70 years ago, with a new state of the art building, our clinic has a team of doctors and staff who are passionate about providing an excellent patient experience and are committed to improving our patients’ lives through quality care. Our doctors emphasize medical optometry utilizing updated instrumentation including Optos California, Zeiss OCT/VF with Glaucoma and Retina review software, Oculus 5M Keratograph for Dry Eye Evaluation, Meibomian Gland Imaging and Topography, InflammaDry MMP-9 testing, and Blephex for ocular surface hygiene and expressions.
We are a high volume optical and contact lens practice employing board certified opticians to help fit patients in premium lens products. We fit a majority of our patients in daily replacement contact lenses, and perform specialty lens fittings including WAVE Ortho-K, Atlantis Scleral, and MiSight 1 Day. We are committed to reinvesting in our practice and in new technologies to provide exceptional patient care.
Doctor schedule is designed to see 15-20 patients per day, 30 minute exams, encountering a variety of cases from infants to geriatrics, routine to complex medical, all with the help of experienced technicians and virtual scribes.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited program and possess a Minnesota license.
- Previous experience and/or advanced education in Ocular Disease is preferred.
- Must have a strong passion for helping people.
- Must value developing relationships with patients and staff.
- Must work collaboratively with fellow doctors and staff.
- Must be adaptable to embrace change as we continually search for new ways to improve the patient and staff experience.
