Order Entry Operator (Seasonal July - November)

We are hiring seasonal Order Entry Operators. Work will begin in late July or early August, and will come to an end in November.

Pay starts at $17.00 per hour! 

The regular work schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm. Custom part-time day-shift schedules of 20 or more hours per week are also available.

The Order Entry Operator processes images and inputs data into our proprietary school and sports software for production. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and efficient, as well as an accurate typist with a knack for attention to detail and critical thinking.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Process a high volume of images and match data to the appropriate images through manual and automated data entry using custom order information provided by School and Sports photographers
• Work with and review spreadsheets prior to input into custom software to provide clean, efficient processes and outcomes
• Properly and efficiently file and organize projects physically and electronically
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

Knowledge of:

• Data spreadsheet and word processing tools (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
• Database management
• Use of general office equipment and computer hardware devices

Ability to:

• Follow the Core Values set forth by the company
• Proficiently in the English language
• Learn image editing and management software

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Speak, read and write in English
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Highly efficient typing skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong tact and diplomacy in order to interact with all levels of personnel
