About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team at Innova Physical Therapy in Redmond, WA. Innova offers several professional pathways to advanced certifications and fellowship in orthopedic manual therapy.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients' physical conditions
- Create customized treatment plans and exercise programs
- Provide hands-on therapy and utilize therapeutic equipment
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercises
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Requirements:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience or interest in orthopedic outpatient physical therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping patients achieve their physical therapy goals
- Must be interested and willing to pursue continuing education and mentorship opportunities - we are a clinic supporting lifelong learning practices.

Our treatment model offers both 1 hour long sessions and 45 minute sessions.
