Outbound Sales Representative

OnPoint CX Solutions is hiring a Part-Time, In-Office Sales Representative to join our growing team in Henderson, NV. • $15.00 per hour
• Part-Time, Monday-Friday, 6:00AM - 10:00AM
• Weekly pay plus commission

• Make outbound sales calls to residential customers
• Present energy service options clearly and confidently
• Overcome objections and guide customers through enrollment
• Accurately document sales activity in the CRM
• Meet daily and weekly performance goals

• Prior call center or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
• Goal-oriented, competitive, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Must be able to work Part-Time, Monday–Friday from 6:00 AM–10:00AM PST.
• Must be able to work on-site in our Henderson, NV office
