Outreach Clinician (Per Diem)

Description

Location:  Newburgh, NY (Orange and Dutchess)

Rate of Pay:  $35 

Hours - Saturday and Sunday 10 am to 2 pm

LMSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCSW

• Engage and support unsheltered individuals through van/foot outreach
• Conduct assessments and care planning
• Provide trauma-informed, harm-reduction based clinical support
• Assist with housing applications and transitions
• Coordinate community services and accompany clients to appointments
• Document services and client progress

• Master’s degree (LMSW, LMHC, LCSW, etc.) or RN with MH/SUD experience
• Valid NYS driver’s license required
• Strong communication and crisis management skills
• Knowledge of CTI, MI, and community resources is a plus
• Comfortable working outdoors, in high-risk situations

• Be part of a mission-driven, multidisciplinary team
• Help individuals transition from homelessness to housing and stability
• Comprehensive training and professional development
