Outside Services Attendant - Golf - * Year Round*

Description

Red Rocks Country Club is seeking a part-time employee for the outside services team. Applicants are expected to maintain positive customer service experiences for members & guests, work well with golf and clubhouse staff, be willing to learn, and demonstrate flexibility with job requirements. Previous customer service experience preferred.

Essential Functions

1. Outside services staff police, clean, and maintain the entire driving range area.

2. Police, clean, and maintains the golf cars, golf car storage and staging areas.

3. Cleans all clubs after the member or guest is done playing.

4. Places the member’s clubs in the correct position in the bag room.

5. Ensures no member or guest is carrying their own clubs, whether it is in the parking lot of around the cart storage area.

6. Bag room staff, on a daily basis, collects and washes all practice balls.

7. Informs professional on duty of their whereabouts and checks out with professional before leaving for the day.

8. Performs any other duties assigned.

9. Attends all scheduled meetings.

10. Wears appropriate uniform.

11. Is cheerful and friendly to all patrons and acts as an emissary of the course.

12. All outside services employees will treat the members and their guests with the utmost respect. They will treat the equipment of the member’s and their guests like it was their own.

Requirements

1. Applicants must be 18 years of age with a valid U.S. drivers license.
2. Golf Experience is preferred but not mandatory
3. Required to work in an outdoor environment regularly
4. Exposure to inclement weather and extreme temperatures
5. Required to work days, weekends, and holidays
6. Required to stand and walk for long periods of time regularly throughout shift
7. Required to stoop and kneel throughout shift
8. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
9. Required to push/pull up to 50lbs
10. Ability to drive motor vehicle – driver’s license required
