YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.

You are responsible for professionally handling and maintaining the birds, barn, shop, outside areas, and   

on-course amenities while providing excellent customer service to members and their guests.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

• Greet and check in hunters for scheduled hunts in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with gear or loading birds, and answer questions related to club rules or safety.
• Help guide or support hunts when requested, maintaining safety and professionalism at all times.
• Greet members and their guests and maintain a friendly, positive, helpful, and motivated attitude.
•  Responsible for organizing supplies, stocking, and trash duties of the barn and storage area.
• Safely and strategically place birds in designated hunting fields prior to scheduled hunts.
• Assist with daily care, feeding, and watering of game birds.
• Attend to members' and guests' needs upon arrival and completion of their hunts.
• Monitor bird health and report any signs of illness or distress.
• Clean and maintain bird enclosures as needed.
• Operate ATVs and utility vehicles to transport supplies, birds, or equipment across the property.
• Assists with tournaments and special events.
• Mow lawns and maintain field conditions using riding or push lawnmowers.
• Perform basic maintenance on ATVs, mowers, and other equipment as needed.
• Perform general maintenance duties across the club grounds and facilities.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down field gear or hunting stations.
• Observes all safety practices and protocols.
• All other duties as assigned.

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

Education

• High School or equivalent

Experience and/or Training

•   Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a hunt club, resort, or similar hospitality venue. Hunting and wildlife knowledge.  

Technology/Equipment:

•  Computer skills including Microsoft Office

Certification

•  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

• U.S. Work Authorization (required).
