Palliative Care Nurse

SKILLS & ABILITIES:  Knowledge of advanced directive and ability to assist patients and families with completion when needed  Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team  Knowledge and skills to screen patients for palliative care needs  Ensure effective communication is established with the patients, caregivers, families, and all disciplines to facilitate a successful transition across the continuum of care  The ability to ensure the confidentiality and rights of all patient and departmental documents is required

• Current license as a registered nurse in the State of Maryland
• Palliative or Hospice Care experience

Compensation:

Pay Range: $36.83-$55.29
