Whether you're already in the ABA field or just starting out, we’ll help you get RBT-certified and match you with families based on your availability and preferences.

What You'll Do:
- Work one-on-one with kids in their homes to support their development and help them learn new skills.
- Follow a plan created by a clinical supervisor (like a BCBA) that’s personalized for each child.
- Keep track of progress by taking notes and recording how the child is doing during sessions.
- Stay in touch with the team and parents to make sure everyone is on the same page and working together.

- East Valley: Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Maricopa
- West Valley: Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Buckeye, Laveen
- Southern AZ: Vail, Sahuarita
Requirements:
- Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, autism.)
- Afternoon/evening availability (weekends a plus)
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check
$21 - $26 an hour
