Parent Shift!

This role is perfect for a parent who wants to make a difference in the workplace while still being home when their kids are.

Our parent shift has NO early mornings or nights, so you can always be home when the kids are and be available for school pick up/activities. You can even go on leave during summer/Christmas breaks and then return when school resumes.

We would love for you to join a team on mission to make a positive impact on all we come into contact with.

Basic scheduling requirements for this role:

-- must be available for 11am-2pm (you can be available for more hours, daily max of 5 hours worked)

-- maximum of 4 shifts per week

-- minimum of 2 shifts per week

In this role, you could work in the Front of House, Kitchen, or work as a restaurant cleaner.

Our Front of House (FOH) Team Members are the face of our company and are the first step in providing quality service and hospitality to our guests. As a FOH team member, your responsibility is to continually interact with guests to provide quick, friendly, and accurate service. Through thoughtful and service oriented actions, you can make a significant impact on our guests and bless their day!

Our Kitchen Team, also known as the Back of House, is the center of all activity working hard to deliver fresh, crave-able food in a fast paced, food safe environment. Our food is made fresh: we thaw, marinade and hand bread our fried chicken. Our kitchen is much like your home kitchen as our food is prepared much like Truett's mom used to do it. We produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures.
