 The park services custodian is responsible for all aspects of maintaining the cleanliness of park grounds, common areas, and buildings up to company expectations. The position will be responsible for items such as collecting trash, re-stocking and cleaning restrooms, assisting with spills, and general park sanitation and cleanliness. The ability and willingness to assist in other areas of the park as needed is expected. The ability to focus on responsibilities while providing exceptional guest service is vital for this position.

Requirements

• Maintain an inviting and sanitary environment for our guests in your assigned area(s).
• Clean up spills as necessary both indoors and outdoors on the park, including but not limited to restrooms, food and retail shops, roadways, pedestrian walkways, landscaped areas, common areas, and storage areas.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail of cleanliness in assigned restrooms.
• Restock and keep track of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, cleaning materials, etc. in assigned area(s).
• Complete all quality control paperwork in assigned area(s) as required.
• Empty Trash cans located in assigned area(s) as needed.
• Keep all rolling carts and trash cans clean including lids and can liners as well as the inside and outside of the trash cans.
• Collect all trash and place in the appropriate containers as well as keeping dumpster areas clean and clear of safety hazards.
• Initiate friendly interaction with our park guests. 
• Notify Supervisors and park Management of any safety issues within the park.
• Work varying hours and at different areas when needed.
• Follow all safety standards to include reporting any violation of standards.
