Job Description - Parking Lot Line Painter/Striper & Pavement Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a parking lot line striper/painter for our crew. As the Pavement Maintenance Technician, you will perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across the city. You will help us keep parking lots looking great!

Our company, EverLine Coatings and Services Fort Worth Metroplex, offers a wide range of parking lot (exterior and interior) line striping/painting and pavement maintenance services including asphalt & concrete repairs, asphalt sealcoating, crack filling, and more.

The crew (3-4 people) you will be part of will perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

We will train you on our EverLine systems and the company. The ideal candidate will have painting experience, a background in construction and is comfortable working outside in the heat and cold.

Job Summary

Our Pavement Maintenance Technicians utilize our specialized equipment and apply materials on pavement surfaces in order to provide maximum value for our clients' parking lots, warehouses and garages.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Use equipment to perform parking lot line painting/striping, asphalt crack filling and seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and more

Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project

Communicate about jobs with the Operations Manager & Crew Supervisor

Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site

Additional tasks as required

WHAT YOU BRING

A current Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record

A reliable mode of transportation

You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve

You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail

Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs)

Ability to work well independently unsupervised

Ability to work outside in the heat and cold for long hours

Past experience with painting and paint sprayers is an asset

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
