Position Overview

We are currently hiring a K–12 Academic Tutor who is passionate about helping students grow in both language arts and math fundamentals. In this role, you'll work with students one-on-one or in small groups, focusing on reading comprehension, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and elementary/middle school math skills—including topics such as number sense, fractions, word problems, and pre-algebra. This is a great opportunity for educators who enjoy working with a variety of ages and subjects, especially those who excel at building strong academic habits and boosting student confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  Provide individualized instruction in reading, writing, and grade-appropriate math

  Help students strengthen skills in key areas like vocabulary, grammar, spelling, and math fluency

Qualifications

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree required (Education or related field preferred)

  Experience teaching or tutoring students in middle or high school subjects

  Comfortable teaching both reading/writing and basic to intermediate math concepts

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
