What we offer:

*Must be able to work at least 2-3 weekday afternoon to evening hours (about 2-4 hours per session)
*Some Saturday availability is preferred but not required.

We are focused on achieving the goal of home with convenience, dignity, safety, and improved health. AKABA is a private and independent agency founded in Massachusetts by health care professionals. Our ABA program provides comprehensive intervention to individuals diagnosed with Autism between the ages of 2-22. Our Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) work with the RBTs and ABA Techs to implement interventions that help children improve their behavior in a variety of settings by enhancing communication skills and teaching strategies for self-regulation.

ABA Behavior Technician Responsibilities
About the Position
Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the ABA Behavior Technician role provides 1-to-1 Applied Behavioral Analysis services to children diagnosed with Autism (ASD). Behavior Technicians or ABA Therapists run regular sessions with their assigned client for about 3-4 hours per session. Sessions primarily take place during after school hours in the client's home, Community, and/or at our Center. Our team focuses on assigning cases as locally as possible (usually within 30 minutes) to your home address or regular school/other work location. Training is paid and travel time pay and mileage reimbursements are available (when applicable).
