In this dynamic position, you’ll wear many hats—providing essential clerical support, coordinating logistics processes, and delivering top-tier service to both internal teams and external partners.

Essential Job Duties
Be the friendly first point of contact by answering incoming calls promptly and professionally, resolving inquiries with a positive, customer-first attitude
Keep us organized by maintaining accurate weekly records of driver onboarding and cancellations, and entering data with precision
Process departures with care by handling all driver and truck cancellations in line with company protocols
Facilitate seamless transitions by managing driver transfers between trucks and between agents, ensuring every detail is tracked and documented properly
Support onboarding success by assembling driver welcome boxes—including Driver Bags and Binders—ensuring all materials are complete and polished
Monitor supply levels and alert your supervisor when inventory starts to run low, keeping our office stocked and efficient
Conduct vendor audits to ensure compliance and up-to-date enrollment with third-party providers such as UIIA, FEC, CBA, DAT, and ITS
Handle package deliveries—receive shipments from FedEx, UPS, and USPS and route them to the right teams; track items returned by Independent Contractors
Build contractor relationships by assisting with check-in calls and providing ongoing support
Pitch in where needed by helping with special projects and operational tasks that help our team succeed
Requirements
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong typing skills
Ability to remain patient and calm under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills
Top-notch customer service skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Skill to quickly pivot from one task to another and reprioritize throughout the day
Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English in a professional manner
