Part-Time Administrative Assistant

We need an Administrative Assistant to help keep our headquarters running like a well-oiled machine!

What You’ll Do:

• Be the warm, professional face of our office—welcoming visitors and supporting internal teams.
• Keep things humming by managing office operations like scheduling, mail, supplies, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure our meeting and kitchen spaces are stocked, organized, and ready for action.
• Jump in to help with office errands, vendor communication, and planning support for occasional events or evening meetings.
• Tackle new challenges with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude!

The Details:

• Pay Range: $25–$27/hr
• Schedule: Part-time, Monday–Friday, flexible hours between 7:30am-4:30pm
• Location: Onsite at our corporate office

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional support
• Superb organizational skills and laser-sharp attention to detail
• Strong communication—both written and verbal
• A collaborative mindset—you love being part of a team
• Physically able to lift 30 lbs (sometimes packages and supplies need a hand!)

Your Experience:

• High School diploma required, AA preferred
• 1+ years of administrative experience (Willing to train the right person)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
