SUMMARY:
Namify LLC, a leading branding company and multi-channel distributor of branded promotional products, is looking to hire a cheerful and energetic individual as a part time Administrative Assistant. Namify is growing at an exceedingly rapid pace and we need your experience and skills to help us stay one step ahead of the chaos! You will work closely with the CEO’s Executive Assistant to coordinate schedules, develop future planning, and improve workplace processes. You will enjoy the excitement of a growing established industry leader and will immediately contribute with your drive for results.
Schedule: 20 Hours a week, Monday - Friday, Flexible
Wage: $15 hourly

By taking ownership of these tasks and your specific area, you will be taking the initiative to bring about positive change for the benefit of yourself, your team, Namify and our clients. Your care and concern to serve the client in the best and most efficient way is reflected in everything you do. You are accountable for results and take ownership of your area, processes and communications seriously.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job operates in both an office and warehouse environment which will involve working 3-5 hours per day on a computer, as well as occasional time on the warehouse floor. Must be able to remain seated for long periods and lift up to 25lbs.
