Job Description - Part-Time Administrative Assistant

We’re on the lookout for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to add some extra sparkle to our office! This versatile role ensures our operations run smoothly and our team can shine in delivering exceptional services.

Your Role:

  • Become the friendly face of our office – greet clients and assist with their needs.
  • Organize and maintain essential documents with precision and care.
  • Support the team by coordinating schedules and managing appointments with a smile.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks that keep our workflow seamless.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Is organized, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple tasks effortlessly.
  • Is proficient in using office software (like Microsoft Office).
  • Brings a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recent office experience - Required.
