Job Description - Part Time Administrative / Office Assistant


Concord Management, a locally-owned property management company serving the Triad for over 30 years, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team for 25 hours per week.

As a resident-focused management team, we like to take care of our employees, who in turn take fantastic care of our residents. This is an hourly position with room for potential growth.

Our Property Management team collaborates with local property owners to manage their property investments while ensuring local residents can live, work, and play in a healthy environment. Concord Management is a trusted resource for both property owners and residents.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support.
  • Assist with entering, scanning, and filing bills.
  • Ensure that residents receive courteous reception and services.
  • Handle incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Meet and greet visitors and the general public as our “Director of First Impressions.”
  • Assist Management Staff with special projects.
  • Administrative tasks and other non-property management related work.

  • Have administrative experience in a property management environment.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:30-5:00
Work Location: In person
Education: High school or equivalent (Required)

Required Skills:

  • Highly proficient computer skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.

Preferred skills:

  • Knowledge of property management office procedures, including the use of web-based applications/screening platforms.
  • Experience in customer service or office administration.

Pay Range: $17.00-$19.00 per hour, dependent on experience
