Job Description - Part Time Administrative Position

Admin Position Available



Job Responsibilities:



  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence

  • Maintain and organize company files, records, and databases

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed

  • Support office staff with general administrative duties

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner


Qualifications:



  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Friendly, professional, and dependable



Hours: 2 days a week 8am-5pm 


Pay: $DOE
